This edition of “Spot That Sample” is from the Bruce Lee flick “Big Boss,” also known as “Fist of Fury” in some countries (one of these is a much better title than the other). Besides being Lee’s first major film and featuring this sample, the soundtrack, composed by Joseph Koo & Wang Fu Ling, is really quite good. Check it out if you have a moment.
The beatsmith that produced this track did a stellar job. Beyond the chops, the production is incredibly clean and tight. Other producers need to listen to this and step their game up.
